Udgam Online offers one-on-one live online tutoring for students in Grades 4–8, aligned with the U.S. curriculum. Sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams by qualified Indian educators.
Each student is eligible for one free demo session. This session is meant for evaluation purposes only.
Multiple demo bookings for the same student under different names or contact details are not permitted.
By using our platform, you agree to:

- Avoid recording or redistributing any session without permission
- Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism
Sessions are hosted on Microsoft Teams. By using Udgam Online, you also agree to Microsoft’s terms of use. We are not responsible for technical disruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet providers.
All materials, content, branding, and methods used by Udgam Online are protected. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute our content without written consent.
While we aim to deliver high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic results. We are not liable for:
- Internet issues or missed sessions on the user’s end
- Third-party outages (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Technical errors beyond our control
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Udgam Online is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
